Shipping Information

Dear Valued customers,

As you know this COVID-19 has already had an effect on many of us, both in business and in our personal lives. It’s our goal to continue to supply you in a timely manner. However with things changing daily, in different parts of the US, we cannot guarantee transit times. We are working closely with all carriers to ensure that product arrives in a timely fashion, but please expect some delays across the board with all logistic companies.

We will do our best to get stuff out as normal, but please allow 1-3 days extra to fully process all orders going forward. On behalf of VCT, we appreciate your business and hope you, your families stay healthy and safe during this unprecedented time.

Continental United States Orders (Lower 48 States):
Most internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.  Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.
Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.  Holidays and weekends are not business days.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday). 
Order confirmation, Product Availability will be provided via email after the order is processed.
Tracking Numbers will be available on our website after the order has been processed and assigned a tracking number.  
Order Confirmation occurs after the order is received, pulled and assigned a tracking number.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Billing Addres needs to match Shipping Adress.
We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases this may delay stated delivery dates.
